What commercial properties are available for sale or lease in Old Town Rock Hill?

How does the Old Town Parking System work?

All public parking (surface and structured) is free in Old Town Rock Hill.  Property owners partially fund maintenance and capital improvement expenses.  Parking is limited to two hours at all yellow-striped parking spaces; these parking spaces are typically located close to businesses.  The two hour limit is enforced during the daytime on weekdays to ensure that prime parking spaces are available for retail and restaurant customers.  All day parking for those working in Old Town Rock Hill or staying longer than two hours is provided at all white-striped parking spaces.  These parking spaces are typically further away from businesses, including the entire Black Street Parking Deck (Dave Lyle Blvd. at East Black St.).
