City Honors Leadership Development Graduates

On December 15th, the City honored 26 employees from departments throughout the City on their graduation from Leadership Development. Leadership Development is a ten-week in-house training program that equips supervisors and other employees with leadership, teambuilding and policy information to best serve the City organization. Congratulations 2015 Graduates!

Race Equality Week 2015

Race Equality Week 2015

On September 15th, the City of Rock Hill Community Relations Council together with the International Center of York County hosted the 2015 Race Equality Week event. This year’s affair was held at the Boyd Hill Recreation Center. The displays and food selections centered around the international theme - World Tour: Passport to Learning. Mayor Doug Echols welcomed guests, who were entertained by various cultural performers throughout the evening’s program.
