Located close to downtown Rock Hill, Spencer Park offers a space that can be enjoyed by all. The park offers recreational activities such as basketball and a playground. With the August 9, 2014 opening of the off-leash dog park, our four-legged friends have a special place to run and play, too.

Off-Leash Dog Park
Spencer Park is home to Rock Hill's first off-leash dog park. The park offers playing areas for dogs of all sizes. Dog accommodations include two areas - an area for dogs 30 lbs or less and an area for all sizes. There are water fountains in both areas to keep our K-9 friends hydrated and waste stations to keep the park clean for others to enjoy.

Users of the dog park are encouraged to read the dog park rules before usage of the park. Dog Park Rules

The dog park will be monitored, maintained and programmed through a partnership with the Rock Hill Dog Club. The Rock Hill Dog Club will also assist the City of Rock Hill with fundraising for future improvements to the dog park. Please visit www.rockhilldogclub.org to learn more about this non-profit volunteer based organization.

Please contact Parks, Recreation and Tourism at 803-329-5632 with inquires or concerns regarding the dog park.
