The Zoning Board of Appeals holds public hearings for requests involving Special Exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance, variances from the Zoning Ordinance, and upon rare occasion, appeals from staff interpretations of the Zoning Ordinance regarding requirements unrelated to historic preservation.
The next scheduled public hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals will take place on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 6:00 pm in City Council Chambers at City Hall (155 Johnston Street). In the event the meeting is to be re-scheduled, the hearing will take place on Tuesday, November 28, and notice of such will be posted at City Hall.
