The Permit Application Center of the Development Services Department is a true one-stop center for all development related permits and approvals. This isn’t just a central processing office – we have put together all of the planners, engineers and code reviewers to answer your questions, respond quickly to your application, and get your approvals issued as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we take our business (and yours) seriously. It’s easy to identify problems, but our staff is encouraged to role up their sleeves and help you come up with the solutions.

The following permits and licenses are generally issued after administrative review, and some can be issued over the counter. Click below for the permit or approval that you think you need.
