Within these pages you will find information on utility customer service, connecting residential utility service, bill payment options, online service requests, business licenses, purchasing RFPs/bids, annual operating budgets, and audited financial statements.  Our new 2010 Financial Dashboard is also now available.

Moody's and Standard and Poor's Rating Agencies recognized the City's strong financial standing by increasing the City's credit rating in 2008.  Both agencies affirmed the City's Utility System ratings in September 2009.  More information on these rating agency reviews is available in the City's 2008 Rating Agency Presentation and 2009 Rating Agency Presentation.
