This special Thursday USA BMX Practice runs from 6PM-8 PM. USA BMX Membership is required to participate in practice.

Riders must wear a full face helmet and have elbows & knees covered (long sleeves and pants are acceptable).

We recommend riders were gloves, but they are not required.

Bicycles on the BMX racetrack may not have reflectors, kick stands, chain guards, freestyle pegs or other add-ons that could fall off or be harmful to others in the event of a fall on track.
