Project Management

  • Coordinate communication, logistics and funding of transportation and civil projects.
  • Administer day to day activities and track project scope, budget, schedule & goals.

Emergency Management 

  • Coordinate efforts between City resources and York County Office of Emergency Management for incidents and events that affect the public safety of Rock Hill citizens.
  • Manage event application process and direct logistical support of events.

Fleet Services

  • Service and maintain City fleet vehicles and equipment.
