Downtown Traffic Management Projects Info Session

The City of Rock Hill will host an information meeting for the Downtown Traffic Management Projects on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. The drop-in style meeting will take place at the City of Rock Hill Neighborhood Services building, 150 Johnston Street (entrance off Hampton Street), with two sessions offered—10 to 11 AM and 4:30 to 7:30 PM. Drop by at your convenience.

City representatives will be on hand to provide information on the Wilson Street Improvements Project, which includes reconstructing a section of Wilson Street to add a continuous 3-lane roadway section, new bike lanes, new sidewalks, and upgrading utilities.

The project area is from Johnston Street to Ebenezer Avenue.

In addition, we will also have information for an upcoming Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) project. This is a traffic signal coordination project that directs traffic around the White Street and Main Street railroad crossings when a train is stopped on the railroad tracks.

If you have any questions, please contact Jason Vance, Project Manager, at 803-329-8710.
