The City of Rock Hill and the South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR) obtained a federal grant to study flooding issues within the South Central neighborhood. KCI Technologies, a local engineering firm, was selected to conduct the study and design improvements.

To help us identify where the flooding is occurring, we need citizen input. The more information you can provide, the better. Attend the public participation meeting to learn more, and take a survey to tell us about flooding concerns in the South Central neighborhood.
