NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ROCK HILL
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
On or about September 30, 2024, the City of Rock Hill will submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Program Year 2023-2024. A public hearing will be held to review the CAPER on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 3:30 pm at City Hall Room 373. If you require special accommodations to participate in the public hearing, please contact Corinne Sferrazza at (803) 326-2463 at least three days prior to the hearing.
There will be a 30-day public comment period regarding the 2023-2024 CAPER beginning Wednesday, August 28, 2024, and ending Monday, September 27, 2024. During this time, a draft of the 2023-2024 CAPER will be available on the City of Rock Hill’s website at [http://../../2019-2018/2019-2020%20CDBG/CAPER/www.cityofrockhill.com/cdbg]www.cityofrockhill.com/cdbg.
