Stormwater Fees
The funds that are generated by the Stormwater Division are set aside solely for maintenance and improvements of the drainage system.
Fee Schedule

Rates for stormwater fees are divided into three categories:
- Residential <10,000 SF parcel
- Non-Residential and Undeveloped Based on amount of impervious area - (ex. concrete, gravel, rooftop, asphalt, and water surface)
- Outside City Limits No Charge
Fee Credit Adjustment
Effective July 1, 2014, the City of Rock Hill allows for a stormwater fee credit adjustment for those properties which have installed and maintain certain stormwater runoff control facilities, Best Management Practices (BMPs), and water quality controls.
To report a stormwater issue, fill out an online service request or call 803-329-5614.
