Stormwater Study
The City performed a stormwater master plan study within the Manchester, Dutchman, Hidden, Wildcat and Taylors Creeks basins to identify potential flood prone areas outside of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood zones. Since the city boundaries are irregular, the study area includes parts of the basins outside of the city limits, and focuses on main streams/creek segments. It doesn’t include localized areas such as driveway culverts, neighborhood streets, improperly graded lots, or piped collection systems.
