Current Projects
Tech Park Sanitary Sewer Outfall Replacement Project
The Rock Hill Water-Sewer Department will replace sewer infrastructure in a major construction project that extends from Lakeshore Parkway in Tech Park to Christopher Circle. Right-of-way and easement acquisition is underway, with the project set to begin construction in mid April 2022 and take about one year to complete. This project will impact traffic throughout the area, including a planned closure of Princeton Road to through traffic where the sewer line will cross.
