Term of Office:

Typically three years, but up to the discretion of City Council.

Authority:

The Storm Water Advisory Board reviews existing drainage problems in the City and recommends an annual work program that sets priorities and schedules for projects (submitted to City Council for approval). This Committee was created July 22, 1996.

Membership:

Five members appointed by City Council (including two City of Rock Hill employees who serve as full voting members and three citizens at-large). Citizens at-large must reside within the Rock Hill City limits.

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing drainage problems.
  • Recommend an annual work program that sets priorities and schedules for projects.

Meeting Schedule:

The Committee meets on the first Tuesday of March, June, September and December (other months as needed) at 10 AM in the front conference room at the City’s Operation Center located at 757 South Anderson Road.
